KAS Wyvern Club Photos

On Saturday 1st March, a group of some 14 Wyvern Club members which had been kindly organised by Margaret Bench, came to Richmond Park to give support to the Milocarian AC cross country team in their annual match versus Ranelagh AC and Hercules AC, Wimbledon. It was great to have this support. The team ran well, with five Milos runners, finishing in the first ten places, in a field of more than fifty competitors. Before the race, the Wyvies were shown the Ploen Trophy by the Chairman of the Milocarian AC. The trophy had been presented to the Milocarian AC, by KAS international athlete, Derrick Frost of K.A.S, at the start of this season. The trophy is to be awarded to the Milocarian AC runner who scores most points during the current season. It will be awarded annually.
The result of the match on Saturday was a convincing win for Milocarian AC with a score of 92. Ranelagh AC scored 103 and Hercules AC 105.This win follows the win by Milocarian AC at RMAS in their home match there, the weekend before on 22nd Feb.
